Terms of use and sale.

Wahvo Inc. runs Remote Escape Plan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wahvo Inc., and “you” means the person using the site or buying the course. By creating an account or buying the course, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What you get
Remote Escape Plan is an online course that helps you work out how your experience could lead to remote work. The Reflect module and the Idea Explorer are free. The rest of the course is paid.
The course is for learning. We can’t promise a job, a pay rise, a particular income, or a result for you. What you get out of it depends on what you do with it, and on things we don’t control, like the job market and employers’ decisions.
Not professional advice
The course includes general information about topics such as taxes, health cover, work permits and employment arrangements, in Canada and the USA. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or medical advice, and it can’t cover your exact situation. Rules change and differ by place. Check the official sources we point to, and ask a qualified professional before making a decision that could cost you money or affect your status.
Your account
- Give us true information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- One account is for one person. Please don’t share your login or the paid content.
- Tell us at hello@remoteescapeplan.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Price and payment
The full course is $97 USD, paid once. Checkouts started by the end of October 31, 2026 (Eastern time) get a launch price of $77 USD, applied automatically. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
Promotion codes. A code takes a fixed amount off the price at checkout. Many codes end on a date or stop working after a set number of uses, and we say so when we share them. One code works per purchase and it can’t be combined with another. A code has no cash value, and we can end a code that hasn’t been used yet.
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include tax. If sales tax, GST/HST or VAT applies where you live, Stripe adds it at checkout based on your billing address, and you see the total before you pay. Your bank or card company may charge its own fees for converting currency.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying the course, for any reason. We refund the amount you actually paid. When your refund goes through, access to the paid parts of the course ends. The free parts stay available, and your saved answers are kept. The details are on the refund policy page.
Your work and your reviews
The answers and notes you write in the course are yours. You let us store and process them so we can run the course for you, and nothing more. Please don’t put sensitive personal details about yourself or other people into exercises.
If you submit a review, you let us show it on the site with the display name you chose, once we approve it. You can withdraw it at any time in the course. If you delete your account, an approved review can stay on the site under your chosen display name unless you withdraw it first or ask us to remove it.
Our content
The lessons, videos, tools, designs and writing are ours or used with permission. When you buy or sign up, you get a personal licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, republish or scrape the course, or use it to train AI models.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t break the law, try to get into other people’s accounts, interfere with the site, overload it with automated requests, or use it to harass or mislead anyone.
If something goes wrong
We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may also update, rearrange or remove parts of the course. The site and course are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about the course or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the course, and we are not responsible for indirect or lost-opportunity losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be limited.
Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we do that when you haven’t broken them, we will refund the part of your payment that relates to the time you lost access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you on the site or by email. If you keep using the course after a change, the new terms apply from then on.
